Alejandra Quintana, the guardian of YOUR colon!

Alejandra Quintana is a pioneer in Mexico and Latin America in the implementation of best practices in colon hydrotherapy. She began her career in 2008 as a colon hydrotherapist and, in 2018, reached the instructor level at the Las Vegas convention in the United States. Since then, she has dedicated her professional life to transforming the digestive health of thousands of people through awareness, education, and guidance in lifestyle change processes.

She is the founder of the first school in Mexico for colon hydrotherapists, accredited by the International Association for Colon Hydrotherapy (I-ACT) in the United States, where she also serves as a certified instructor and Spanish-speaking mentor. She has been key in the creation and consolidation of the Mexican Association for Colon Hydrotherapy A.C. (AMEHICO), where she promotes topics such as the standardization of techniques and the practice of colon hydrotherapy.

Recognized for her leadership, she has been honored with titles such as Doctor Honoris Causa, Women Leader, and Leader of Change. She has also been featured in publications such as Forbes, Líderes, and Quién in Mexico, as well as media in the United States as one of the most influential women in her field. Her career includes international conferences, media appearances, radio and television programs—including Televisa—and multiple collaborations with renowned international medical and environmental institutions such as CONAFOR.

A passionate environmental advocate, she has also led reforestation campaigns and community activities in support of collective well-being.

Alejandra Quintana not only promotes intestinal health but also a deep connection with the body, nature, and social responsibility. For all these reasons, she is now recognized as “The guardian of YOUR colon,” an expert, human, and committed voice in advocating for the intestine as the foundation of a full and healthy life.
